Looking Inward | SOLD OUT

On average, people spend less than 30 seconds viewing a work of art. The Looking Inward program uses slow looking — an observation style gaining traction in museums around the world that aims to change this through intentionally observing art. Rooted in a meditative approach, Looking Inward encourages participants to slow down, look closely, connect, and share insights together.
Relax and experience the restorative power of art. Join docent June Heintz for guided mindfulness practices followed by slow looking with an artwork on view.
