Bill Adams Trio at Offbeat Roadhouse

Acoustic blues concert free and open to the public

The Bill Adams Trio will pull into Offbeat Roadhouse Friday night, April 7, for an acoustic blues concert which will also be broadcast on WTJU.

This is a free event, open to all. Masks are strongly encouraged for all attendees. You can also listen to Offbeat Roadhouse on the radio (91.1 FM) or on-line, and even video stream it at WTJU’s Facebook page or YouTube channel. But concerts always sound better with you as part of the studio audience.  WTJU is located at 2244 Ivy Rd in Charlottesville, right next door to Vivace. There is plenty of parking, both in our lot as well as the Sentara lot next door.

Bill Adams and multi instrumentalist Jim Davies (steel guitar, guitar, harmonica) began working together in 2015 when Jim began showing up for a blues jam led by Bill at the Front Porch. They began working together as a duo soon after and soon grew to a five piece band, but mostly presenting itself as a guitar, steel, and bass trio with Joe Loftus on bass. Though all currently residing in the Charlottesville area, Bill and Joe hail from Arlington, VA originally, and Jim from Fredericksburg, VA.

Offbeat Roadhouse is supported locally by Ting – Bringing light-speed internet to homes and businesses.
