While enjoying the gallery’s First Friday Extended Hours on May 3, come participate in a Q&A session with exhibiting artist Lou Haney at 5:30PM in the Dové Gallery. Haney’s paintings dance between reality and the fantasy of an ideal past, relatable yet distant all at once. Her saturated hues and opulent patterns are a feast for the eyes, and she invites you to question what you see and what these domestic scenes stir inside you. Come immerse yourself in her exhibition, Leisure Suit, and gain insight from the artist herself.
