Luke Richard Powers (2024) is a Virginia-based singer-songwriter raised on the tunes of James Taylor and John Denver. Highly influenced by the genres of folk, Americana, bluegrass, and country, Luke welcomes you into his world of writing shaped by heartfelt simplicity and honest reflection.

Davy HBFDavy HBF

Davy HBF born Davon Okoro, is a singer and songwriter from Nigeria. Born in Edo State, Benin, Davy came onto the Afrobeats scene in 2022 with his debut EP “Piece of Mind” . He knows that he will connect the world with his art.

Logistical Nightmare is an indie rock band consisting of John Barnes, Noah Hassett, Tommy Manley, and Megan Clancy. They frequently perform at The Graduate Rooftop and Crozet Pizza at Buddhist Biker Bar. They enjoy playing a variety of covers and original songs, individually written by Barnes or Clancy. They encourage you to dance and tap your foot along to the music!

Lottery: The deadline to enter the lottery is 11:59 pm on Thursday, April 6th. Winners will be notified no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, April 7th.

Arts on the Hill is a recurring event on Carr's Hill featuring artists and scholars from our faculty and student body, as well as visiting artists and scholars from around the globe. President Jim Ryan hosts guests each month during the academic year for performances and discussions around the Arts at UVA!! Arts on the Hill is an ongoing collaboration between UVA Arts, the Office of the President & the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost.
